Max first started his career as a massage therapist in 2002 when he completed his Sports massage and Swedish massage diplomas at the Carlton Institute and Cardonald College. Max then went on to complete his Ayurvedic paramedical nursing course from Arsha Vida Yoga Pidam, in India.
In 2006 he received a wonderful opportunity to work at Saad specialist hospital, the leading hospital in the Gulf, Saudi Arabia. During his four years at the hospital he worked as a massage therapist in a number of departments including: alternative medicine; physical and rehabilitation, where he worked alongside leading chiropractors and physiotherapists.
From 2011 – 2015 Max ran his own studio at Inverclyde National Sports training centre in Largs.
