Super Shake

Sweet cherries and banana blend with chocolate protein for a dessert-like shake.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen)
  • 200–250 ml coconut milk (adjust to preferred thickness)
  • Optional: a few ice cubes, 1 tsp cocoa/cacao powder for extra chocolate, honey or maple to taste
  • Method

  • Add cherries, banana, chocolate protein powder, and 200 ml coconut milk to a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth (30–45 seconds). Add ice if you want it colder.
  • Adjust texture: add more coconut milk for a runnier smoothie, or a few extra cherries/banana for thicker.
  • Taste and sweeten if desired. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
